We currently do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the case of damaged products. Please review our policy below:
1. No Return / No Refund Policy
All purchases made on amroshirts.in are final. We do not accept returns or process refunds for any reason, including size, color, or change of mind.
2. Damaged Product Exception
We will only accept a return if the product is received in a damaged condition, and only if the customer provides an unedited opening video clearly showing the damage at the time of unboxing.
- The video must start before the package is opened and show the full unboxing process.
- The return request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
If the above conditions are met, we will review the video and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
3. How to Request a Return for a Damaged Item
To initiate a return for a damaged item (with valid opening video):
- Email us at [info@amroshirts.in] or contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and the video.
- Our support team will verify the claim and provide further instructions.
Note: Without an opening video clearly showing the damage, no return or refund request will be accepted under any circumstance.
